What we collect

From this website: contact details you submit in a demo request (name, work email, company, role, returns volume, WMS) and basic, privacy-respecting analytics.

From the product: data our customers (third-party logistics providers) put into Outpost to run their returns operation: return records, item conditions, photographs taken at the bench, staff activity and billing records. For that data we act as a processor on our customer’s behalf; their agreement with their own clients governs it.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide and secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer operational data to train models.
